The Old Stone Cottage has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a luxury
kitchen and fantastic living space. It has a south facing private
back garden with patio and a large front garden with great views
over the West Cork countryside.
The
cottage has been designed for living. The large kitchen is fully
equipped with all the usual appliances and also boasts a large
solid wood table that seats 8 comfortably.
The kitchen is bathed in natural light having five windows and
French doors that lead out to a patio that gets sunshine all day
long - ideal for those summer barbecues. When the legendary West
Cork sunshine !! gets too hot just relax under the shade of your
sun-umbrella
Upstairs
in the original old stone cottage you’ll find a large open-plan
living and relaxing area. The beams are exposed and the original
cut-stone complements the solid wood floor.
In the sitting room there are three sofas grouped around the
coffee table and you can relax here watching satellite TV,
listening to a CD, tape or radio ..or just put your feet up and
plan your days out in the wonderful West Cork countryside.
And on those rare days when the West Cork weather lets us down,
pop a few logs on to the wood-burning stove and simply relax.
And if you don't want to listen to Britney Spears or watch Dick
and Dom in da Bungalow then let the kids do their own thing in the
second living room which doubles as a fourth bedroom but also has
a TV, DVD and video and CD player.
